For Your Consideration screenplay for the 2003 film. From the collection of novelist William Hjortsberg, who worked as a screenwriter in Hollywood between 1977-1985. Hjortsberg is best known for the film adaptation of "Angel Heart" (1987), based on his 1978 novel. Two middle-aged women convince the members of their women's social club to pose nude for a calendar to benefit their local hospital. White titled wrappers, with credits for screenwriters Juliette Towhidi and Tim Firth. Title page integral with front wrapper. 63 leaves, with last page of text numbered 120. Xerographic duplication, rectos and versos. Pages Very Good plus, wrapper Very Good plus, with light soil on the fore-edge of the front wrapper, bound with three gold brads.
