Querschnitt des Aachener Münsters) auf 1 gefalt., lith. Tafel im 1. Titel sowie im 2. Titel mit einem zusätzlich eingehängten lith. Faltplan der Rathausfassade von Friedrich Ark (mit faks. Signatur Arks). Einband leicht berieben und bestoßen; Rücken etwas verblasst und mit kleinen Bezugsfehlstellen an den Kapitalen; Deckelkanten mit Bezugspapierfehlstellen (beim Vorderdeckel bis ca. 1 cm breit); erster Titel (Nolten) stockfleckig, fast durchgehend an Kopf und Fuß (außerhalb des Textes) etwas wasserfleckig, letztes Blatt dieses Titels mit größerem Leimfleck am Bund (außerhalb des Textes) und die Falttafel mit einigen hinterlegten Einrissen; zweiter Titel (Bock) etwas gebräunt und ab ca.
