He was head of the Division of Geodesy and Transportation Engineering. AIRPORT ENGINEERING is his first book. (Who's Who in the East). Very minor wear to extremities, previous owner's name [Oscar A. Severide], else Vg+/ Jacket is worn, soiled and tattered, but pretty much all there.
