Blue cloth stamped in gilt. Born in 1891 in Troy, New York, Howard Oakley Sharp was educated, and later taught, in Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He was head of the Division of Geodesy and Transportation Engineering. AIRPORT ENGINEERING is his first book. (Who's Who in the East). Very minor wear to extremities, previous owner's name [Oscar A. Severide], else Vg+/ Jacket is worn, soiled and tattered, but pretty much all there.
