Auf Grundlage eines breit dargestellten internationalprivatrechtlichen Fundaments analysiert die Untersuchung das dogmatische Konzept des EuGH bei der Interpretation der Niederlassungsfreiheit und erläutert ihren Inhalt und ihre Bedeutung für die grenzüberschreitende Mobilität von Kapitalgesellschaften.
