The objective of this work is to analyse the impact of central government management on the contribution of TFPs specifically on the management of the Adjarra commune. The results show that the country's socio-political climate and the mode of resource management at the central level condition the contribution of partners and, at the same time, decentralized management. El municipio de Adjarra tiene una población con una mayoría de bajo nivel educativo, y más de la mitad de la población no ha pasado de la escuela primaria. Es relativamente pobre, si no muy pobre, en términos de infraestructura para educar, cultivar y entretener a los jóvenes. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el impacto de la gestión del gobierno central en la contribución de los PTF, específicamente en la gestión de la comuna de Adjarra. Los resultados muestran que el clima sociopolítico del país y el modo de gestión de los recursos a nivel central condicionan la contribución de los asociados y, al mismo tiempo, la gestión descentralizada. La commune d'Adjarra a une population en majorité à faible niveau d'instruction avec plus de la moitié n'ayant pas dépassé le niveau primaire. Elle est relativement pauvre, sinon très pauvre en infrastructures pour éduquer, se cultiver et divertir les jeunes. Ce travail vise comme objectif d'analyser l'impact de la gestion de l'état central sur l'apport des PTFs spécifiquement sur la gestion de la commune d'Adjarra. Les résultats montrent que le climat socio-politique du pays et le mode de gestion des ressources au niveau central conditionne l'apport des partenaires et parallèlement la gestion décentralisée.
