Frank Peter Piskor, former president of St. Lawrence University, first met Robert Frost at the Bread Loaf School of English while Dr. Piskor was a student at Middlebury College in the mid-1930s. He collected materials by and about Frost in a variety of formats. The collection consists of correspondence, newspaper and periodical articles, manuscripts, poems written by other poets on the occasion of Frost's death, stamps, medals, photographs, drawings, phonorecords, audio- and videotapes relating to Robert Frost and his family and to his friends Philip Booth and Edward Thomas. The bulk of the material was created during Frost's career and immediately following his death. Holograph and typescript poems about Frost were written by Carlos Baker, William Stanley Braithwaite, Gwendolyn Brooks, August Derleth, Richard Wilbur, and others One file of letters related to Elinor White Frost's years as a St. Lawrence student. Among the artists represented in the collection are Clara Sipprell and J. J. Lankes.

The very humorous spoof medical paper (originally an April Fool's joke in The Veterinary Record) surveying the various complaints likely to be suffered by teddy bears, along the lines of: 'True diseases of Brunus edwardii can therefore be classified as either traumatic or emotional. Acute traumatic conditions, characterised by loss of appendages, are often the result of disputed ownership'. First printed by the Whittington Press for Heal's in 1973, there were at least seven impressions of which this copy is from the fifth, probably dating from around 1979. Very Good (some light creasing to the covers). Butcher 4 (later impression).

One of 100 copies printed on Navarre paper and Signed by the author, as well as by the book's designer, Bruce Rogers, and the dedicatee, Owen D. Young, the first president of General Electric. This copy is additionally Inscribed by the author to his friend, Nelson L. Robinson, in the form of a page-long poem, along with a tipped in pocket at the rear that contains: three ALS from Gaines; nine holograph poems by Gaines; four photos of the author's family; four printed Christmas cards; and a three-page handwritten list of the poems that appear in the book with dates (presumably created by Robinson). Overall near fine or better with the boards lightly cocked and two small tears to one of the unopened pages, in near fine wraps with some minor fraying at the corners; the letters, manuscripts, cards, and photos are all fresh and new. Der Entwurf für den sogenannten Young-Plan, der letzte der Reparationspläne, die die Zahlungsverpflichtungen des Deutschen Reichs auf Grundlage des Versailler Vertrags regelten. Er wurde von einem Gremium internationaler Finanzexperten unter Vorsitz von Owen D. Young vom Februar bis Juni 1929 in Paris ausgehandelt u. trat am 17. Mai 1930 rückwirkend zum 1. September 1929 in Kraft. Er setzte eine durchschnittliche Annuität von rund zwei Milliarden Reichsmark fest, die zum überwiegenden Teil in Devisen zu zahlen waren. Er sollte bis 1988 gelten, wurde aber bereits im Juni 1931 durch das Hoover-Moratorium ausgesetzt u. im Juli 1932 von der Konferenz von Lausanne aufgehoben. - Einige Bleistiftunterstreichungen, Titel leicht wasserrandig u. mit 2 Stempeln.
