Original softcover binding, 50 leaves of sepia photographs, front cover and first page loose, ink inscription "Bikaner in 1930" on the front free endpaper, maybe the title page is missing, the plates all in very good condition. From the library of naturalist and hunter Malcolm Lyell (1922-2011), who for sev…eral decades was managing director and owner of gunmaker Holland and Holland. With a presentation inscription from his Highness Maharajah Singh of Bikaner to Mr and Mrs Lyell on the front free endpaper, dated 1957, also a greeting card signed by the Maharajah loosely inserted. Also loosely inserted is colour headed note paper from the palaces of Lallgarh and Gajner in envelopes, all with the arms in colour. Very rare, we find only a digital version in a public library. Heavy, additional shipping is likely. Sprache: Englisch Gewicht in Gramm: 1050.
