Other that front cover, the remaining pages are still held together by original staples. Table of contents has some margin notes and underlining in pencil. It focused on national affairs with a strong pro-business stance, celebrating American industrial progress and advocating for big business while opposing labor unions and socialism. Initially printed with 35,000 copies, it quickly reached a circulation of 100,000 and featured photo essays, some with color images after 1916. The magazine was popular among middle-class professionals and business readers, offering insights into political and industrial developments, particularly during World War I. It ceased publication in 1932 when it merged with The Review of Reviews.
