Condizione: Very Good. Limited Edition. Appears to be self-published, presumed first and only edition. Signed by co-author Chalmers Lowell Pancoast on inside cover. Staplebound booklet in yellow paper wraps has light soiling from handling and some faint scattered water marks. Back cover is discolored from placement next to newsprint or other acidic material. Very slight rust to staples. Interior is age-toned but clean. Inlaid at center fold is the authors' publication announcement and order form for this and another title. Scarce thus.
