On y observe un saut dans la pagination (on passe de la page 112 à la page 129) sans observer de manque dans les chapitres, dont le contenu diffère néanmoins partiellement (par exemple l'appendice III est noté ici II, le IV est noté III, le II est noté V) ; la liste des membres est complète (et non pas limitée au Conseil d'Administration), et elle est ici en pagination séparée, et l'on trouve in-fine 2 planches lithographiées dont une belle vue dépliante en perspective cavalière (à la place du plan habituel). Deux noms sont rajoutés à la plume dans la liste des "Membres fondateurs inscrits jusq'au 10 juin 1839" : Mme Elisabeth Fry et Jules Taschereau, député (deux autres annotations modifient la qualité de 2 membres : Vatry, pair de France, devient député, le Vicomte de Forestier n'est plus pair de France.
