Cricket autobiography. Pat Pocock played cricket for Surrey from 1963 to 1986, earning a reputation as a fine off-spinner and a witty raconteur, usually against himself. He played for England on 25 occasions. 8vo. 168pp. Profusely illustrated. Dust-wrapper, lightly rubbed. Signed to half title-page by Pocock with a dedication to… John Woodcock, the great cricket journalist and writer (who has also signed the fly-leaf). There is also a typed letter from Patrick Collins to Woodcock.
