Nous avons mené une étude descriptive transversale prospective sur la problématique de la gestion des conflits dans les institutions sanitaires (cas de la HGR/Kamina), de janvier à aout 2015, sur un échantillon exhaustif de 81 personnes ayant répondu à notre questionnaire. Les résultats de notre étude ont révélé que sur 81 personnes enquêtées, 100% ont répondu "oui" à l¿existence des conflits pour ainsi dire que les conflits sont une réalité au sein de cette institution sanitaire. Les formes des conflits les plus rencontrées sont du type interpersonnel (61,7%), conflits intergroupes à 24,6%, conflits d¿intérêts à 13,6%. Quant aux causes, 37% des conflits ont pour cause le pouvoir, 34,6% les tâches et les causes relationnelles représentent 28,4%. En ce qui concerne les modes de résolution des conflits à l¿hôpital général de référence de Kamina, 37% des conflits sont résolus par le dialogue, 28,4% par la négociation, 24,7% par l¿arbitrage et 9,8% par la rotation.…

During the rainy season these mean values were 25.58°C, 7.29 and 5.92 mg/dl respectively. For the microbiological analysis, Aeromonas Hydrophila and total coliforms were identified in all the rivers of the city of Lubumbashi during the dry and rainy seasons. Of course, there are particularities in some rivers where we identified different bacteria such as Klebseilla planticola, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis.
