Approx. 60 p.; ill.; with 45 RPM record in sleeve. Covers show some wear with a few small imperfections and mild sunning, first two pages have soft dogear, but otherwise the book is in Fine condition. The small 45 record is laid in with illustrated protective sleeve. The sleeve shows minor wear and a few imperfections, while the record itself appears to be in very good condition, but we do not currently have access to a record player and can make no guarantees as to its playability.
