Chiefly comprised of a rich selection of "Northern Dishes" including: Igloo Meat Loaf, Raisin Stuffing Wild Goose, Bannock, Caribou Tenderloin, Braised Seal, Arctic Char Fish Cakes, Curried Arctic Char, Swiff Moose Steak, Creole Rabbit, Poached Arctic Char In Bouillon, Whale Bobotee, and many other delectable recipes.
