The country needs cadres, trained citizens with solid, mature knowledge, capable of facing up to external threats and challenges, especially from more developed countries (not vulnerable men who surrender in confrontation with the ideologies of the world's great powers). This attitude does not free us from external political attacks, whose bosses want to dominate the space - the states. The ideal is to avoid neo-colonialism, i.e. to be prepared to face it, to look at the facts objectively, i.e. to rise to the occasion. When someone says they don't like politics, unconsciously they are already playing politics, because what they want is to find people of their style who support their opinions. 92 pp. Englisch.

Cette attitude ne nous met pas à l'abri des attaques politiques extérieures, dont les patrons veulent dominer l'espace - les États. L'idéal est d'éviter le néocolonialisme, c'est-à-dire d'être prêt à l'affronter, de regarder les faits objectivement, c'est-à-dire d'être à la hauteur des circonstances.
