One of 850 copies (of a total edition of 1000) printed letterpress by John Kristensen at the Penmaen Press, Lincoln, Massachusetts, in the winter of 1981. With additional publisher's printed broadside ('Penmaen Press Books in Print'; thin folio sheet, printed recto and verso, folded vertically, dated April 1981) present.
