This work is magnificently illustrated throughout by scribe and illustrator Uri Pheibush*, son of Isaac Eisik Segal. This illuminated manuscript is lacking its 8-page booklet containing an introduction by Chaya Benjamin. Moderate and sporadic rubbing along edges of slipcase. Text in Hebrew. Slipcase in overall good+, binding and interior in very good condition. * Uri Feibush ben Isak Eisik Segal was born in 1719, and worked as a scribe in the so-called triple-community ('Dreigemeinde') Hamburg-Altona-Wandsbeck. Sometimes between 1751 and 1755, he moved to Copenhagen, where he remained until his death in 1795.
