Name to whom presented and presenter (an appliance store) filled in on front inside cover where a space was provided. Presumably one got this guide with purchase of a radio. We are listing an interesting group of ephemera related to the telephone and communications. Search on the keyword "communications" for other items. A grouping of fifteen [15] 8" x 10" circa 1935-1940 photos of RCA, Philco rand General Electric [GE] radios and radio components, radio product demonstrations, phone operators and office workers. Included are seven [7] photos of Philco radio models, including Nos. 30-7XX, 81-827 and 58-7CS; one [1] photo demonstration of Philco's Mystery Control [the path breaking wireless remote control introduced in 1939, which billed as the greatest convenience in radio history]; four [4] photos of office workers and [Western Electric?] telephone operators; three [3] photos of the General Electric Bemascope demonstrations in the subbasement of the Empire State Building and the New York City subway. Very Good with handling, some light creasing and wear.
