The binding shows minor fraying along the lower…edges and light wear at the upper corners and spine ends. The front endpapers bear a "Consolidated Libraries" stamp and a few pencil notations, suggesting possible use in a private or circulating library, though there is no pocket or extensive institutional marking. The paper is evenly toned with age, and a few pages show light handling or thumb marks, but the book remains complete, sound, firmly readable, and quite presentable for a 1936 volume. No dust jacket.
