Held at the Hotel Statler, Boston, January 11, 1930. A synopsis of one of their annual (?) meetings f…eaturing articles by John C. Phillips, Winthrop Parker and others including "Bird Dogs in New England" by William Foster, author of "New England Grouse Shooting" which at the time had not yet been published. A small chip at head of spine and short crack at bottom gutter, internally bright & clean. It is quite possible Foster was responsible for the cover artwork as he was an acclaimed artist. Also issued in identical card cover stock and both versions are scarce. The OCLC locates only the copy at Harvard.
