The second of only six published issues of the theoretical journal of George Lincoln Rockwell's World Union of National Socialists (WUNS), edited by Dr. William Luther Pierce and published from 1966-68 from the American Nazi Party's headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. The journal was meant to appeal to a more intellectual audience and eschewed the vulgar and lowbrow content of the two other ANP publications, The Stormtrooper and Rockwell Report. Although the WUNS was founded by Rockwell in 1962, it did not have its own publication until Pierce joined the party. Content for this issue was almost solely written by Pierce and begins with reader letters including a lengthy one by German WUNS member and long-time Rockwell supporter Bruno Ludtke. This is followed by a lengthy editorial by Pierce, two translations by him of National Socialist texts: Dietrich Eckart's "Bolshevism from Moses to Lenin: A Dialogue Between Adolf Hitler and Me" and Dr. Walter Gross' "To the German Youth," facsimile documents pulled from the National Archives on disproportionate Jewish involvement in the Bolshevik revolution, and Pierce's very lengthy review of the book The Tragedy of Silesia edited by J.
