Na een tweetal inleidende hoofdstukken waarin de private en de publieke handhaving tegen elkaar worden afgezet en waarin wordt stilgestaan bij materieelrechtelijke vraagstukken rond de toepassing van het mededingingsrecht door de burgerlijke rechter, gaan de preadviseurs dieper in op een aantal meer en minder controversiële civielrechtelijke vraagstukken die bij de private handhaving van het mededingingsrecht aan de orde komen.
