Stamp has a cancellation from Miami Beach, Florida. The stamp is red, white and blue and represents two hands in a conflict. The stamp reads:"The rights of the people shall not be violated" There is an address on the front of the envelope in blue ballpoint and the flap of the envelope has been folded inside. To keep the envelope's shape, an index card is inside the envelope.

There is an address in blue ballpoint on the front of the envelope and the flap of the envelope has been folded inside. To keep the envelope's shape, a piece of paper is inside the envelope.

A detailed list of the thirty-nine steps include setting up a Negotiations Committee (Step 1); Educational Programs, which would include sending UFPC members to "Labor schools sponsored by the local universities" (Step 6); Social Activities (Step 13); and a Parking Lot and Cafeteria (Step 23).
