Nanosponges were prepared using ethyl cellulose as the polymer and polyvinyl alcohol as the stabilizing agent by a solv…ent evaporation method. The Nanosponges prepared were evaluated for different parameters like the drug: polymer ratio, stirring speed, and time. The encapsulation and the diffusion study of the formulation were done. Particle size analysis and scanning electron microscopy of the nanosponges were performed and from this study, it was found that the nanosponges were spherical in shape and have a porous nature. The nanosponges prepared were incorporated into the gel base of carbapol. In diffusion study of the nanosponge, the gel was performed. 60 pp. Englisch.

Die Nanoschwämme wurden unter Verwendung von Ethylcellulose als Polymer und Polyvinylalkohol als Stabilisator d…urch eine Lösungsmittelverdampfungsmethode hergestellt. Die hergestellten Nanoschwämme wurden in Bezug auf verschiedene Parameter wie das Verhältnis von Arzneimittel zu Polymer, die Rührgeschwindigkeit und die Zeit bewertet. Die Verkapselung und die Diffusionsstudie der Formulierung wurden durchgeführt. Die Analyse der Partikelgröße und die Rasterelektronenmikroskopie der Nanoschwämme wurden durchgeführt, und aus dieser Studie ging hervor, dass die Nanoschwämme eine kugelförmige Form und eine poröse Natur haben. Die hergestellten Nanoschwämme wurden in die Gelbasis von Carbapol eingearbeitet.
