This includes chapters on cellar dwellings, new buildin…gs, lodging houses and common lodging houses, labouring classes' lodging houses. GOOD condition. Small area of staining to the upper corner of the front wrap. Uneven darkening along the extremities, with minor scattered soiling. Head and tail of the spine chipped, with a 2 1/2 inch tear running along the upper front hinge, and a 1 inch tear along the lower front hinge. Lower rear corner clipped on the diagonal. Interior clean and solid.
