Typeset at The Folio Society in Monotype Garamond with Horndon Display. Printed on Buhl Wove Paper at St. Edmundsbury Press, Bury St. Edmunds. Bound at Cambridge University Press in material printed with a design by Helen Smithson incorporating Punch Cartoons. Both books each have 272 pages, all intact, with good strong, tight bindings. All pages are in excellent, clean, readable order. Another wonderful, witty pair of books from The Folio Society.
