Pro Arts is a non-profit gallery featuring exhibits of modern local artworks plus youth and community programs. The over 40 year Pro Arts open studios tradition offers self-guided tours of artist studios and exhibition spaces throughout the East Bay (Alameda County and Contra Costa County) in over 12 different cities. As it grew it was re-named the East By Open Studios.
