This had its genesis in my frustration at not being able to use Marc Scott Zicree's otherwise terrific… 1982 book "The Twilight Zone Companion" as a quick reference to answer such burning questions as "what was that episode whose title I can't remember in which Lee Marvin played an ex-boxer who manages a fighting robot?" or "how many episodes of the show did Don Siegel direct?" -- because it lacked a full index. This cheesed me off so much that I compiled and published my own; this is it. (I believe that subsequent editions of the Zicree book did enhance the index, so if you have one of those you won't need this; but if you only have the original 1982 edition, this will still be a useful tool.).
