- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - MANUSCRIPT different and earlier from its published version. Manuel Quimper (Lima, by 1757 1844) explorer, cartographer, naval and colonial officer - he participated in particular in the mapping of the strait of Juan de Fuca and Islands Sandwich - gives in this poem his personal observations of the civil wars in Peru from 1809 till 1818. The ten "décima", titled "adición" found at the end of the manuscript, were included in the printed text. Moreover, the "Suplemento" found in this manuscript, is different and much shorter than in the printed version, which is titled "Suplemento in 1821". The printed copy of the Biblioteca Nacional de Espana, contains two handwritten "décima" at the end of "adición" which is not found in the manuscript. Beautiful frame of the title. Very nice copy. -.
