Richly illustrated with many black-and-white photographs, portraits, illustrations, tipped-in photographic plates, one large remarkably well-preserved fold-out map affixed to the rear covers. Light general shelfwear, some sunning and creasing to the spine, faint tide-mark to the upper-margin of the front cover. Contents complete, and without blemish with sound binding; very good.
