Circa 1895. Good antique condition for its age of over 125 years old. Dark brown leather hardcover with gilt stamping to the spine and front cover. Front cover has embossing detail. Leather bound cover has significant damage, open tears, scuffing, staining, sunning, and deterioration consistent with age and wear of antiquarian books from the end of 1800s. Name in pencil. Some pages have been dog-eared. Pages have age-related toning, foxing, edge wear, and staining, but text remains fully legible. Corners are bumped and rounded. Spine has partial separation. Small mold infestation that may be treatable as shown. Pages have deckled edge. Original binding with moderate shelf wear and rubbing. All pages appear intact with no major tears or missing leaves.
