Condizione: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - The present book was conducted in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding, Indira Gandhi Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Raipur (C.G.) during kharif 2011 with the objectives to study the morphological and molecular characterization of aromatic rice landraces at various growth stages. The experimental material consisted of thirty eight aromatic landraces, studied for 47 diagnostic morphological traits and nineteen SSR markers. Variability for morphological traits was recorded for all diagnostic traits and for each land races a passport information for all traits were developed. All considered morphological descriptors showed markeable differences in their distribution and amount of variations within them. The analysis of variance indicated existence of considerable amount of variability for all observed characters. The high amount of genotypic and phenotypic coefficient of variation with high genetic advance as percentage of mean was observed for grain yield, number of grains/panicle, 1000 seed weight and number of panicles/plant. In the present study the genetic similarity of these landraces was also worked out at molecular level for 13 loci.…

Das Versuchsmaterial bestand aus achtunddreißig aromatischen Landrassen, die auf 47 diagnostische morphologische Merkmale und neunzehn SSR-Marker untersucht wurden. Die Variabilität der morphologischen Merkmale wurde für alle diagnostischen Merkmale aufgezeichnet und für jede Landrasse wurde eine Passinformation für alle Merkmale erstellt. Alle betrachteten morphologischen Deskriptoren zeigten deutliche Unterschiede in ihrer Verteilung und im Ausmaß der Variationen innerhalb dieser Merkmale. Die Varianzanalyse zeigte, dass bei allen erfassten Merkmalen eine beträchtliche Variabilität vorhanden ist. Ein hoher genotypischer und phänotypischer Variationskoeffizient mit einem hohen genetischen Vorsprung in Prozent des Mittelwerts wurde für den Kornertrag, die Anzahl der Körner/Pflanze, das Gewicht von 1000 Samen und die Anzahl der Rispen/Pflanze festgestellt. In der vorliegenden Studie wurde die genetische Ähnlichkeit dieser Landrassen auch auf molekularer Ebene für 13 Loci ermittelt.…

O material experimental consistiu em trinta e oito variedades autóctones de arroz aromático, estudadas para 47 características morfológicas de diagnóstico e dezanove marcadores SSR. A variabilidade dos caracteres morfológicos foi registada para todos os caracteres de diagnóstico e para cada raça foi desenvolvida uma informação de passaporte para todos os caracteres. Todos os descritores morfológicos considerados mostraram diferenças marcantes na sua distribuição e quantidade de variações dentro deles. A análise de variância indicou a existência de uma quantidade considerável de variabilidade para todos os caracteres observados. A elevada quantidade de coeficiente de variação genotípica e fenotípica com elevado avanço genético em percentagem da média foi observada para a produção de grãos, número de grãos/panícula, peso de 1000 sementes e número de panículas/planta. No presente estudo, a semelhança genética destas variedades foi também determinada a nível molecular para 13 loci.…
