Das Ziel dieses, durch die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) gefà rderten, Projektes war es, ein Konzept zu entwickeln, welches es erlaubt, MaÃstäbe für schwerquantifizierbare Qualitätsmerkmale zu erzeugen, zu handhaben, zu verändern und im Zweifelsfall auch zu là schen. Um das Ziel des Vorhabens zu erreichen, wurde ein 4-Ebenenmodell entwickelt, welches eine Umfeld-, eine Wahrnehmungs-, eine Nutzwert- und eine Spezifikationsebene umfasst. Auf diesen Ebenen konnten Methoden wie z. B. die Repertory Grid Technik, der Analytische Hierarchieprozess oder der Analytische Netzwerkprozess identifiziert werden, die eine MaÃstabsbildung unterstützen. Während der Entwicklung des Konzeptes wurden verschiedene Workshops durchgeführt, bei denen unterschiedliche Là sungsansätze mit Hilfe von Probanden validiert und evaluiert wurden. Anwendungsbeispiele waren Motorräder und Motorradzubehà r. AuÃerdem wurden für Vorstudien Smartphones verwendet, um eine generelle Eignung der identifizierten Methoden vorab zu testen. Die abschlieÃende Validierung des Konzepts fand im Rahmen eines 3-tägigen TestDrive an der BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg statt. Im Rahmen des TestDrive konnte das entwickelte MeGeQuS-Konzept seine Anwendbarkeit nachweisen. Um eine Handhabbarkeit des MeGeQuS-Konzeptes zu unterstützen, wurde ein datenbankgestützter Demonstrator entwickelt. Dieser basiert auf dem 4-Ebenenmodell und unterstützt die Anwendung unterschiedlicher Methoden im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung. Das MeGeQuS-Konzept leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag, die Entwicklung von Produkten zu unterstützen. Zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten im Produktentwicklungsprozess ist es mà glich, MaÃstäbe zu erzeugen und abzubilden. Ein wichtiges Merkmal dieser MaÃstäbe ist die Integration der Kundenwahrnehmung und das Einbeziehen von Konkurrenzprodukten in die MaÃstabsbildung. Auf diese Weise kà nnen ausschnittsweise Kaufentscheidungsprozesse am Point of Sale modelliert werden.…
