Soft cover. Condizione: As New. No Jacket. This book divides very neatly into three separate sections containing four chapters each. Chapters one through four tell the history of the school and provide an in-depth account of the events in the mid-to-late 1980's that brought about its downfall. Chapters five through eight deal retrospectively with the personalities and materials that made each of the four curricular areas (Bible, History, Ministry, and Theology) sound. Chapters nine through twelve provide broader missiological, feminist, historical, and educational perspectives on Southeastern between 1950 and 1988. Regrettably, there simply was not enough space to provide more observations from others who are also well qualified to reflect meaningfully upon the Southern experience during those years.
