Binding retains some crispness. New Orleans-born author Paige Mitchell was a civil rights activist who, during the early 1960s, resided in Jackson, Mississippi, an in-state connection that links her portrait photo on dj's rear panel being credited to Greenville, Mississippi photographer Franke Keating [Marian Frances West Keating] renowned for her work with National Geographic magazine. A WILDERNESS OF MONKEYS was Mitchell's first novel (of six) but she eventually shifted to Hollywood work after moving to Los Angeles in 1965 cumulating in producing and co-writing the 1995-1996 television series adaptation of Mississippi author John Grisham's "The Client." {LitShelf#1}.
