Cloth. Condizione: Good. 84 pp. With a few black and white photos throughout. Signed by both authors, with a dedication to Admiral Deyo (presumably Admiral Morton Deyo). A general survey of the US Navy and its operation, providing a brief history while discussing some of the events of World War II, (Battle of Iwo Jima) and how they relate to the evolution of the US Navy and its capabilities. GOOD condition. Uneven fading/offsetting to the covers. Light soiling and edgewear.
