The Galerkin finite element analysis is carried out to discuss the heat and mass transfer through a porous medium using serendipity element. The velocity, temperature and concentration distributions are analyzed computationally for different variations in the governing parameters. The Shear stress, rate of heat and mass transfer are calculated for different D inverse, N,Sc, So,alpha, S,G,Ec variations are also investigated computationally.
