Further, we use various materials to assess the strength of the blade along with various pre-twist angles to understand and assess our model. This is done to understand our model and pave way for further optimization, if any. In the present work we have plotted graphs for natural frequencies during free vibration, and of maximum deformation and maximum stress during application of static loads in Mechanical APDL software. The effect of Pre-twist on the natural frequencies of the Metallic blade is investigated. The vibration analysis and material properties are applied to pre-twisted blade. Pre-twist is applied with the help of HYPERMESH software. 52 pp. Englisch.

En el presente trabajo diseñamos una pala de aerogenerador utilizando las coordenadas del perfil aerodinámico NACA 4415. Los materiales utilizados son aluminio y fibra de vidrio E/epoxi. Realizamos el análisis necesario utilizando varios requisitos de fuerza y presión para analizar la estabilidad de la pala. El análisis de vibraciones se realiza mediante el método de los elementos finitos con el solver ANSYS. Además, utilizamos varios materiales para evaluar la resistencia de la pala junto con varios ángulos de pre-torsión para entender y evaluar nuestro modelo. Esto se hace para entender nuestro modelo y allanar el camino para una mayor optimización, en su caso. En el presente trabajo hemos trazado gráficos para las frecuencias naturales durante la vibración libre, y de la deformación máxima y la tensión máxima durante la aplicación de cargas estáticas en el software Mechanical APDL. Se investiga el efecto de la pre-torsión en las frecuencias naturales del álabe metálico. El análisis de vibraciones y las propiedades de los materiales se aplican a la pala pre-torcida. La pre-torsión se aplica con la ayuda del software HYPERMESH. 52 pp. Spanisch.
