A flavour of the contents: The Coniferae of Japan by H J Vetch, Conifers at Orton Longueville by A H Harding, The Value in the British Islands of Introduced Conifers by Malcolm Dunn, Insects Injurious to Coniferae by W F H Blandford, Pinetum Danicum by Prof. Carl Hansen. There are also list of the largest specimens, general statistics, and list of conifers exhibited. Condition: The binding is a little dull, with the remains of a small sticker to the spine and a tear to the fabric at the head of the spine. Some age-toning to the pages but the inner binding is secure and the books remains in strong readable condition.
