The front board has an incised Oxford University Press crest in the center. The backboard has a script L at the bottom right corner. The backstrip has bright gold lettering. Oval portrait of William Wordsworth on frontispiece that is printed on glossy coated stock. The tops of the pages are dyed dark blue. Book is clean & very tight. The boards have a little edgewear. The incised lines, crest, & L are well defined. The backstrip has some edgewear. The gold lettering is very bright & incised lines are well-defined. The ffep has an inscription. Original book store label along bottom edge of inside front board. The endpapers have some discoloration from the dustjacket & foxing. The pre-pages have a little light foxing. The leaves are in very good condition with no markings. One-third of the dustjacket's front flap has been clipped. The dustjacket has some edgewear with a couple of short vertical closed tears along the top edge. The outside of the dustjacket also has some light soiling & 1 vertical crease at the back board.
