A small, neat cut to the top of the spine has resulted in a thin line of red cloth, otherwise very good condition. Darwin's study of a variety of insectivorous plants. First published in 1875, this is an early printing of the second edition which was revised by his son Francis Darwin (including a list of the major additions).
