In 1898 the first artist pioneers arrived which was comprised of Joseph Henry Sharp, Bert Phillips, and Ernest L. Blumenschein. Later came O. E. Berninghaus, E. Irving Couse, Walter Ufer, Victor Higgins and others. Art work by Ufer, Sharp, and Couse are shown.
