Unpaginated, c. twenty pages (ten leaves printed front and back), complete. Many small black-and-white illustrations, complete. Brochure is very clean and intact except for light age toning, a few tiny smudges on front and back, and slight wear to corners. A Very Good, almost Near Fine copy. Charming brochure promoting travel to and settlement in Riverside County, California. Text is brief, with each section being about one paragraph or a few in length, and is accompanied by many small black-and-white printed photographs showing scenes in Riverside County. Text describes appealing aspects of Riverside County. Among the subjects described herein are the prospect of earning a good living; efficient irrigation; various industries such as dairying, livestock-raising, poultry-raising, and growing vegetables and making honey; county organizations; agricultural institutions; and community pageants. Different cities in Riverside County are briefly described as well such as Arlington, Beaumont, Banning, Blythe, Coachella Valley, Corona, Hemet, Elsinore, Perris, Riverside, San Jacinto, Highgrove, and Nuevo. Also included is a list of Riverside County's many mineral and hot springs.
