Staining at bottom margins of several ini…tial and terminal leaves along with light to mild foxing; past owner's personal bookplate on front pastedown; strong toning to front and rear free endpapers; overwhelming majority of interior text pages remain clean. Binding is firm. A good copy. HERMSPRONG was British author Robert Bage's sixth and final novel and was first published in 1796 in London.
