Sir Ernest Alfred Thompson Wallis Budge [1857-1934] was a well known Egyptologist, Orientalist and Philologist, with one of his studies being the Ge'ez language of Ethiopia. Covers show bumped corners, interior shows foxing throughout. From the personal collection of Dr. Brooks Ryder (1918-1995), graduate of Harvard College, Harvard School of Public Health, and Tufts Medical School.
