Le crowdsourcing est un phenomene qui transforme la maniere dont les entreprises utilisent Internet pour recueillir des idees, resoudre des problemes cognitifs complexes et developper des bases de donnees et de connaissances de haute qualite (Wikipedia), voire des logiciels (Linux), grace a… des agents auto-organises. De nombreuses etudes recentes ont mis en evidence des facteurs et de petits ensembles de parametres qui jouent un role lorsqu'une grande foule interagit avec une organisation. Cependant, aucune simulation complete integrant tous ces parametres et generant un potentiel de prediction n'a encore ete developpee a ce jour. Ce travail decrit, sur la base d'un MAS, le developpement d'un simulateur de grandes foules appele CrowdSim, qui resout collectivement des problemes dans un scenario de crowdsourcing. Le simulateur permet de realiser des analyses de sensibilite de plusieurs parametres ainsi que des simulations d'interactions au sein de reseaux complexes d'agents irrationnels. De plus, la structure modulaire et extensible du simulateur permet a l'utilisateur d'ameliorer la precision et la capacite de prediction des que les chercheurs apportent de nouvelles connaissances empiriques.
