In The Participation of the One in Being and the Participation of Being in Being, we take as our object the concept of participation in the Parmenides dialogue. In Die Teilhabe des Einen am Sein und die Teilhabe des Seins am Sein nehmen wir den Begriff der Teilhabe aus dem Dialog des Parmenides zum Gegenstand, können aber anhand von Daten aus dem Sophisten, dem VII. Um schöpferisch zu sein, muss diese Struktur auch kumulativ sein, d. h. sie muss die Teilhabe in Betracht ziehen; ihre Verschleierung deutet also darauf hin, dass die Klärung des Begriffs der Teilhabe nicht das Ziel von Platons Dialog war.
