Rarely do we see a non-profit institutional recipe book with an index…, multiple printings, and an assigned International Standard Book Number (ISBN). This can only mean that these ladies take their holiday recipes seriously. This book is a guide for holiday entertaining. The recipes were collected from members and friends of the Junior League of Knoxville. Some liberties have been taken with the original recipes to insure consistency of form. On the First Day of Christmas, or the day after Thanksgiving, holiday panic usually sets in. We must have the family over, good friends, the neighbors and the kids want pizza for twenty.
