Includes: 16 holograph sheets in pen and pencil appears to be initial attempt to create defining the terms of the agreement; 2. 5 holograph sheets in pen and pencil, later version; 3. 4 pp. typed with holograph notes re changes; 4. 4 pp. typed carbon copy of agreement with changes from previous.5. 5 pp typed carbon copy with holograph additions, appears later than prior versions. 6. 1 typed sheet (in duplicate) of the 'Notice of Retirement of Partners' to be signed by Collins and Roeth with a copy of the note to appear in the newspapers and elsewhere. All sheets are 8.5 x 11 inches. Holograph by unknown hand.
