Cover title is 'July 1969' (all published). Pencilled on the cover is the title "[Untitled Magazine]" with a short description. Contents include: Xerox Piece [and] Dialogue by Ian Burn; Untitled by Adrian Piper; Null Piece by Mel Ramsden; Time Area [and] A Blank for Recording by Roger Cutforth; A Short Article on Art Expression by Steven Kaltenbach; Plan for Wall Drawing by Sol LeWitt; An Eight Page Drawing by David Nelson. This important magazine was loosely issued under the auspices of the short-lived Society for Theoretical Art and Analyses - a conceptual art collective and publishing group formed in New York in 1969 by Ian Burn, Roger Cutforth and Mel Ramsden. Very good condition indeed.
